Within the framework of an outsourcing agreement, EBCS can handle the following activities for the employer and/or the pension fund:
- communication of vested rights to withdrawing participants and complete handling of the exit file;
- accounting;
- payment of pension rights;
- making all the required declarations (taxes applicable to legal persons, advance tax payments, solidarity contribution, National Health Care/RIZIV, Sigedis,…) and issuing of individual tax forms (form 281.11, 281.14,…)
- annual FSMA/NBB reporting - OneGate.
